Thank you for shopping at Knotty Cheryl's online shop! We truly appreciate your business.

Please take a moment to read through the policies we have in place. We reserve the right to modify the policies as necessary but will always advise when that happens.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase and hope you love what you've received. If there is an issue with your order or you've decided you don't like it, you must contact me with in 10 days of receiving the order.

Depending on the purchase, an exchange for the same item in a different colour or size may be the solution. 

Store credit is another option.

Refunds will be issued minus the cost of shipping.  Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be posted.

No returns accepted after 30 days.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time:

Generally, orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow 5-7 days for custom orders. We do not ship on weekends or on holidays.

Please allow additional days for delivery when we see an unusually high volume of orders. We’ll keep you posted on any delays.

Shipping rates: 

Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and added at checkout. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

We will email Shipment Confirmation with tracking numbers once your order has shipped.

COMMISSIONS AND CUSTOM ORDERS

I am happy to discuss commissions and custom orders. 

Depending on the project, please let me know several weeks before you would like delivery. I may need extra time for ordering materials plus the time I need for creating your project.

I'll send via email an order confirmation with details. Once you review them please respond with your approval or any changes we need to make before beginning the project.

There will be a 50% deposit required before I begin the project and the balance will need to be paid before shipping.
